These terms describe how you may use FullPockets, an educational portfolio builder and tracker.
Who provides FullPockets
FullPockets is provided by Pilnos kišenės, MB, company code 306272711, Linkmenų g. 42-61, Vilnius, Lithuania ("we"). Contact: info@fullpockets.app.
What the service does
FullPockets helps you organise investment information, explore allocations and track portfolio performance. It does not execute trades, hold your money or securities, or provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should verify important information against your broker’s records and other appropriate sources.
Market prices can be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Returns depend on the completeness of your records and the calculation method used. Historical performance, projections and AI-generated explanations do not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital.
Accounts and access
Use accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Only upload information you are entitled to use. Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Public registration is currently paused; access for existing users does not guarantee that all features are available.
You must not access another person’s account without permission, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious material or use the service unlawfully. Automated extraction or redistribution of third-party market data requires the necessary permission from its rights holder.
Your information and our content
You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow us to process it as needed to operate the features you request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your information to us.
Our software, branding and original content remain ours or our licensors’. Third-party data and open-source components remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Using FullPockets does not grant a right to resell or redistribute those materials.
Pricing and changes
We will not charge you solely because you hold an account. Any paid subscription will require a separate checkout showing the price, billing period, cancellation conditions and applicable consumer information before you agree. Promotional or planned pricing on the website does not start a subscription.
We may maintain, improve or change features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting an ongoing paid service and respect applicable consumer rights. Service interruptions and third-party outages can occur.
Closing or restricting an account
You can stop using FullPockets and request account closure at info@fullpockets.app. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Data retention is described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility
We exercise reasonable care in providing the service. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, complete market coverage or error-free calculations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer guarantees, or removes your rights in cases of fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability protected by law.
Questions, complaints and applicable law
Contact us first at info@fullpockets.app so we can try to resolve a problem. Lithuanian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. These terms do not restrict your right to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
Updates to these terms
The effective date appears above. We will notify you of material changes as required by law; where your agreement is needed, we will ask for it. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you already have.
